Putting it together was surprisingly smooth—it genuinely took about 20 minutes, give or take. No power tools required, though a ratchet helped speed things along. The parts lined up well, & the ground spikes gave it reassuring stability. We tested it with a 75-pound Labrador who usually finds ways to push boundaries—literally. She stayed put. No rattling panels, no shifting frame. The roof held up under light rain, & the shaded interior stayed cooler than expected, even during peak sun hours. That said, while the UV canopy is a nice touch, it could use a more snug fit at the edges, especially in strong wind conditions.
On the plus side, the build feels genuinely tough. The welds are clean, the doors close securely, & the epoxy finish gives off a high-end vibe. You’re getting a lot of metal for the price. The space is more than enough for a single large dog or two medium ones to play & lounge. Assembly was frustration-free, & it feels like a kennel that’s built to last. However, there are trade-offs. It’s not easily portable due to the weight, & the roof, though waterproof, can sag slightly without proper adjustment. Also, for escape artist breeds, adding a bottom barrier or extra reinforcement at the base might be wise.

It’s not flawless—the canopy could fit tighter, & portability is low—but overall, it fulfills its promises with little fluff.
